If your credit card or PayPal account has already been charged for a canceled order, we will issue a full refund immediately. Delivery dates provided are estimates and we reserve the right to make deliveries in installments.
4. Intellectual Property & User Submissions The EveryCrossStitch brand name, logo, and original website content are the sole property of EveryCrossStitch. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission. If you submit feedback, ideas, or photos (e.g., pictures of your finished cross-stitch projects) to us, you grant EveryCrossStitch a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, and display those submissions on our Site and marketing channels.
5. DMCA & Copyright Compliance We respect intellectual property rights. We do not claim ownership over the underlying designs provided by our vendors. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, please contact us.
