Please note: If you ordered a Custom Photo Cross Stitch Kit, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for our designers to chart your pattern and assemble the custom threads before shipping.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates We proudly ship to stitchers worldwide, with a strong focus on our primary communities in the United States, Europe, and Germany. Once shipped, standard delivery times are as follows:

United States: 5 - 12 business days
Germany & Western Europe: 5 - 10 business days
Rest of Europe: 7 - 14 business days
Rest of the World: 10 - 15 business days
